Before you begin

Healing InSight is a companion for personal and spiritual wellbeing. It doesn't give medical or psychological advice: nothing in this app is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and it isn't a substitute for care from a qualified health professional — nor a reason to change any treatment you've been prescribed.

The method asks you to take an active part in your own healing. Your choices, your practice and your wellbeing remain in your hands — and each person's experience is their own; no particular outcome is promised.
